Matthew leads the Financial Services practice for Hong Kong and Asia, covering front, middle and back-office roles across numerous clients including Corporate and Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Insurers, Custodians, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Retail and Wealth.
Matthew started his career within banking and finance in 2006 before moving into recruitment and executive search, and has since built a strong and reputable track record of senior placements within corporate and transaction banking and front office investment banking across North America, the UK, Europe and APAC. He brings with him longstanding regional and global relationships and regularly advises senior management on hiring strategies, talent mapping and market analysis.
