Accounting & Reporting Manager ( Food Manufacturing, BOI Company)

A leading food manufacturing company with BOI privileges is seeking a dynamic Accounting & Reporting Manager to oversee financial operations, tax, and compliance for its Thailand entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial accounting, reporting, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Thai GAAP and IFRS.

• Manage BOI matters, liaising with authorities and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

• Partner with HQ and internal stakeholders on cash flow, audit, and treasury management.

• Drive process improvements and internal controls across finance operations.

• Support strategic projects, including the new manufacturing site setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting.

• 10+ years’ experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally in a manufacturing or BOI environment.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Excellent command of English and Thai(written and spoken).

• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven leader with strong business acumen.
