Advanced Alteryx Designer / Financial Services / $50–70k P/M

6-month extendable contract with view to permanent conversion

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is seeking an Advanced Alteryx Designer with strong technical and analytical expertise to join their growing data team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable, automated workflows and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, optimisation, and maintenance of complex Alteryx workflows, macros, and analytic apps

  • Build automated data pipelines to support operational, regulatory, and financial reporting

  • Perform advanced data extraction, transformation, and validation using Alteryx and SQL

  • Develop dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to support business insights and decision-making

  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology to understand requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions

  • Uphold data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across datasets and reporting outputs

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a senior or advanced-level Alteryx Designer(Alteryx Core or Advanced Certification a strong advantage)

  • Deep hands-on experience building complex workflows, macros, iterative processes, and optimised data pipelines

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is highly desirable

  • Prior experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated environment preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Must speak fluent English and Cantonese
