Project Overview

Our client is accelerating its "AI-First" digital roadmap, moving beyond basic automation into sophisticated, human-centric conversational interfaces. As an AI Engineer, you will join a high-impact team dedicated to the design and deployment of AI Chatbots and Voicebots integrated into the core insurance ecosystem. These projects directly impact consumer onboarding and support portals, focusing on delivering seamless, intelligent interactions through cutting-edge Generative AI.

Core Responsibilities

• Build AI Solutions: Develop and maintain features for AI Chatbots and Voicebots using TypeScript, Python, and React, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into consumer-facing support portals.
• AI-Augmented SDLC: Utilize AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based debugging) to significantly speed up the coding, testing, and documentation process.
• Feature Integration: Implement Generative AI capabilities (such as RAG or intent recognition) to improve the accuracy and helpfulness of bot interactions for support and hiring portals.
• Cloud Deployment: Manage the application lifecycle within AWS, with opportunities to work across GCP environments as the regional AI infrastructure evolves.
• Reliability & Performance: Ensure all AI features are "insurance-ready"—focusing on high availability, security, and consistent performance for a large-scale consumer base.

Technical Requirements

• 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience (IC level).
• Strong Expertise in TypeScript, Python, and React.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in AWS(experience with GCP is a strong plus).
• Direct experience using AI tools to assist in development (e.g., speeding up complex debugging or automating unit test generation).
• Previous work on AI chatbot or voicebot projects, specifically targeting consumer engagement or customer support.
• Comfortable building and troubleshooting non-deterministic AI features within a strictly regulated financial services environment.
