Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize potential Generative AI (GenAI) use cases across business functions.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for assigned GenAI initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with relevant business units.
  • Define key success metrics and continuously monitor business value and performance outcomes.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to maintain regulatory and governance alignment.
  • Deliver clear and concise status updates, insights, and results to executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and end users.
  • Balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and risk considerations to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, solution development, or consulting.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the insurance or banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including knowledge of GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering technology-driven solutions with measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent master’s degree.
  • Familiarity with insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, and underwriting platforms.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Awareness of AI ethics, bias, and governance frameworks.
  • Background in bridging business and technical teams to achieve alignment.
