ANZ Financial Controller – Parramatta | Global Manufacturing MNC

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead all ANZ financial operations including reporting, tax, compliance, treasury, and systems accounting

• Standardise, streamline, and automate finance processes across multiple sites

• Drive finance transformation initiatives and design the future-state finance operating model

• Improve governance, controls, month-end processes, and reporting accuracy

• Partner closely with the regional leadership team to support commercial outcomes

• Lead integration of acquired businesses and harmonise systems and processes

• Manage a small, capable finance team and uplift capability and performance

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager within a large manufacturing MNC

• Strong track record driving finance transformation (e.g., ERP implementation, automation projects, M&A integration)

• Deep understanding of tax, compliance, treasury, and reporting frameworks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically complex, hands-on environment

• Ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leadership

• A mindset focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and future-proofing finance
