Role Duties

• Assess business readiness before AI goes live
• Map stakeholder concerns and resistance points
• Design and deliver training on AI tools
• Create feedback loops to improve AI models
• Partner with Org Design Lead on workforce adoption
• Ensure smooth transition for distribution and operations teams

Role Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in change management, junior profiles with 4-6 years are also welcome to apply
• Proven change management experience on AI projects
• Strong understanding of insurance operations
• Ability to talk through AI change work in detail
• Business readiness is your core skill, not project plans
• Experience training users on new technology
