Role Duties
- Assess business readiness before AI goes live
- Map stakeholder concerns and resistance points
- Design and deliver training on AI tools
- Create feedback loops to improve AI models
- Partner with Org Design Lead on workforce adoption
- Ensure smooth transition for distribution and operations teams
Role Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in change management, junior profiles with 4-6 years are also welcome to apply
- Proven change management experience on AI projects
- Strong understanding of insurance operations
- Ability to talk through AI change work in detail
- Business readiness is your core skill, not project plans
- Experience training users on new technology
