is strengthening its Asia leadership to capture the region’s next growth wave. Following a successful global transformation, the organisation is now expanding its Singapore hub to accelerate growth across both owned retail and strategic partner markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Commercial Sales Director
will drive commercial performance and shape the brand’s regional business strategy. Based in Singapore, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across multi-market retail, e-commerce, and distributor management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Asia’s commercial agenda: turn an underdeveloped cluster into the next growth engine
- Lead partner/distributor/franchise markets with impact: shift relationships from transactional to integrated through business planning, capability building, and joint investment
- Elevate retail excellence: modernise store concepts and service standards to deliver a consistent, elevated consumer experience
- Deliver commercial performance: manage P&L across owned and partner markets, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth
- Enable cross-functional collaboration: align merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and operations for unified market execution
- Strengthen the regional team: cultivate a high-ownership, flat-hierarchy culture built on transparency and performance
Key Requirements
- More than 15 years’ commercial or sales leadership experience in consumer, fashion, or retail brands
- Proven success managing distributors or franchise partners across Asia
- Strong commercial instincts, data-driven planning, and operational execution
- Track record of delivering growth in both direct and partner markets
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and low-ego leadership style suited to a flat, performance-driven culture
