Assistant SHE Manager (Food and Beverage Manufacturing)

The Assistant SHE Manager will support the management and execution of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with all regulations. This role is critical in driving safety culture, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in food & beverage manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Thai legal requirements related to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE).
- Maintain and enhance SHE policies, programs, and internal standards aligned with food & beverage manufacturing requirements.
- Lead and support risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote SHE awareness and influence safety culture throughout the factory.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs including GMP, hygiene, chemical handling, machine safety, etc.
- Monitor and analyze SHE performance metrics and KPIs; recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system and other safety/food safety standards.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure SHE controls in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of SHE experience in food or beverage manufacturing is required.
- Must possess a valid Safety Officer License (จป.วิชาชีพ)
- Good command both Thai and English
