Associate Director, HR Operations

Role Overview

Our client, an established and reputable financial services organization, is seeking an Associate Director, HR Operations to build and lead a best-in-class HR operations framework across its Value Creation Center sites. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of HR service delivery, driving operational excellence, compliance, and scalability to support the company’s continued regional growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from shared services or large multinational environments and thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving organizations where efficiency, innovation, and collaboration are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Operations across PSA, PTSI, and PTLS sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant HR service delivery.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, compliance, policy governance, and HRIS optimization across all sites.
  • Design, streamline, and standardize HR operational processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Partner closely with site HR teams and business leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HR Operations to develop and implement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and digital enablement.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics to assess HR service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives, including self-service tools and data-driven insights, to elevate service delivery.
  • Champion process excellence and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of simplification, standardization, and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and resolution for complex HR operational matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Mentor and develop HR Operations teams to strengthen functional expertise and promote career growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR Operations or Shared Services experience, ideally within large multinational or financial services organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-country HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors), payroll, benefits, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, digital transformation, and service delivery optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies will be an advantage.
