A well-established insurer with a major bancassurance distribution channel is looking for an experienced campaign and events leader within bancassurance. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle - from mechanics and budgets to communications - while managing a team and maintaining strong partnerships with the bank partner at both head office and branch level.
What you'll be doing
- Design and run brokerage and customer campaigns aligned with the bank partner's sales direction, tracking APE and NBV targets
- Lead all bancassurance events, internal seminars, town halls, and external customer and bank partner events, from planning through to post-event review
- Manage the campaign budgets, ensuring theres a consistent strong impact vs cost.
- Own campaign communications, setting processes, improving channels, and pushing digital formats that are clear and effective for branch staff
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in bancassurance, campaign management, or a related field within financial services
- Confident leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communicator with an eye for digital content - you make complex information easy to understand
- Comfortable working closely with bank partners at both head office and branch level
