Our client, a global FMCG company, is looking for a Brand Activation Manager. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong track record in the FMCG industry, ideally combined with marketing agency experience.
Job Description:
- Spearhead the extraction and application of deep local market intelligence, consumer behavior, and shopper insights to architect and implement transformative brand strategies that secure exponential market share and equity gains.
- Drive the end-to-end development and flawless execution of localized brand plans, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and seamless collaboration with channel and portfolio leads to maximize market relevance and impact.
- Forge and nurture strategic alliances with external agency networks, optimizing their contribution to campaign delivery and fostering agile, transparent communication across all stakeholders.
- Rigorously manage the A&P budget, establish robust frameworks for evaluating campaign effectiveness, and leverage data analytics and competitive foresight to continuously refine marketing platforms and maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Experience in marketing agencies is advantageous
