My client, a global beauty company, is looking for a Brand General Manager to drive its growth in Thailand.
This role is a key leadership position, responsible for translating the brand’s global vision into a local strategy, overseeing all marketing and sales activities to grow market share and brand equity. The ideal candidate should possess extensive brand and commercial management experience, preferably from the beauty retail or FMCG industry.
Job Description:

Own the P&L and overall brand strategy, leading both the marketing and sales teams to drive growth across all retail and e-commerce channels.

Lead all marketing campaigns, from digital and social media to in-store merchandising and promotions, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence at every customer touchpoint.

Direct teams to hit targets, manage budgets, and analyze key performance indicators to optimize brand, retail, and e-commerce performance for maximum ROI.

Oversee the successful launch of new products, using consumer insights and competitor analysis to inform future strategies and identify new business opportunities.
·
Collaborate with global teams, internal departments, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence across the entire business.

Lead the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive product sell-through with retail partners, while also overseeing in-store promotional activities and merchandising guidelines to maximize brand visibility.

Lead the e-commerce strategy to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention, ensuring digital excellence
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
·
Minimum of 12 years in brand and commercial management, preferably from beauty retail or FMCG industry
·
Matured, analytical, strong leadership and stakeholder management
·
Fluent in English
