Business Analyst - AI Projects Retail (12 Months) 62K / Month

A global retail client of mine is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This is a team focused solely on driving AI initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand and document project scope, specifications, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and functional specifications.
• Translate complex commercial insights into actionable requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of scope and requirements to facilitate successful project execution.
• Validate testing processes to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Management
• Preferably exposure to retail environment or experience working with large amounts of data
• Solid experience in translating technical requirements into clear documentation, working with a large range of cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated an ability to work independently
