My client is a Chinese securities firm, currently hiring a Business Analyst to support and deliver process & technological changes to their operations for the derivatives division. This is a role where you will gain exposure to extensive product and different types of projects. It will initially be 12-months but likely to extend or convert to permanent.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, capture & validate "as-is" and "to-be"
- Perform detailed Functional and Project requirement documentation
- Develop and implement solutions with cross-functional teams that enhance Operational efficiency
- Hands-on data analysis
- Responsible for UAT and developing testing plan and test cases
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant areas
- Extensive exposure to Derivatives projects and experience working with operations environment
- Solid experience working with middle and back office
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly adaptable and fast-paced, able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and Mandarin
