Business Analyst - Derivatives Ops (12 Months) 65 - 75K / Month

My client is a Chinese securities firm, currently hiring a Business Analyst to support and deliver process & technological changes to their operations for the derivatives division. This is a role where you will gain exposure to extensive product and different types of projects. It will initially be 12-months but likely to extend or convert to permanent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, capture & validate "as-is" and "to-be"
• Perform detailed Functional and Project requirement documentation
• Develop and implement solutions with cross-functional teams that enhance Operational efficiency
• Hands-on data analysis
• Responsible for UAT and developing testing plan and test cases

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant areas
• Extensive exposure to Derivatives projects and experience working with operations environment
• Solid experience working with middle and back office
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly adaptable and fast-paced, able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and Mandarin
