My client is a transportation and logistics provider, currently looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills (in English), solid experience making data-driven decisions, and strong stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities:
- Collect and translate requirements, turning the product vision into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect real user needs.
- Create process flows and data flows to ensure features are practical and scalable.
- Produce requirements that enable UI and database design, supporting repeatable features across the organization.
- Work with QA to confirm stories meet acceptance criteria and are fit for purpose before release.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Owners, UX, Development, and QA to align on needs, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Contribute to rollout planning, training, and communications to ensure new capabilities are adopted smoothly.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of business analysis experience – building scalable IT product requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Solid experience in end-to-end process & data mapping
- Familiarity in Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics)
- Experienced in writing clearly defined user stories covering functional and non-functional requirements
- Proficiency in JIRA and Figma, coordinating design-to-delivery handoffs
- Experience in Agile/Scrum; adapt across Waterfall or Hybrid approaches as needed
- This role is office-based and requires in-office attendance
