Business Analyst (Mutual Fund), Contract, English Fluent, 90K

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations in English to align stakeholders and project teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement traceability matrices, process maps, and reports.
• Support testing activities by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolution.
• Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 3+ years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• English flent is a must
