Business Analyst / Project Manager (12 Months) 63K

A world leading retailer is delivering an exciting, complex AI project and looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support this initiative and many more to come.

Responsibilities

• Support translation of solution designs into workstream-level delivery plans
• Coordinates request for changes from original specifications and ensures proper change communication and impact analysis
• Works closely with the end user, business technologists, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs
• Participates in the development of system requirements and design specifications
• Training planning, documentation, and rollout preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of business analysis and project management experience - industry is open
• Strong prioritization, process documentation and project management skills - supporting execution of change and adoption activities
• Project management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small-to-large projects in a cross-functional environment
• Background in analytics preferred but not a must
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese speaking also preferred
