A world-leading law firm is currently looking for a Business Development Advisor to join their Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations BD team. The seniority of the position will depend on the identified candidate's experience
Responsibilities
- Develop client-centric pitch materials using industry insights, client research, and competitor analysis.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to ensure pitches are innovative and relevant.
- Review pitch outcomes to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and successful strategies across teams to standardize the pitch process.
- Utilize tools and software to streamline pitch development with automated templates and data-driven insights.
- Manage the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are efficient.
Requirements
- 2+ years of core business development experience in a law firm
- Preferably business development experience for Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations
- Strong strong project management skills to deliver compelling pitches on time, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience utilizing pitch-related tools and technologies to develop tailored value propositions and adapt materials to client needs
- Ability to independently manage straightforward pitch processes from start to finish
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin and English
