This role suits a hands-on sales professional with strong field experience, commercial instinct, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
Key focus areas
- Customer business development & territory growth
- In-store execution: visibility, planograms, merchandising
- Customer performance reviews & SKU-level analysis
- Delivering sales targets and operational KPIs
- Identifying growth opportunities within defined strategy
Ideal profile
- 4+ years in FMCG field sales / business development
- Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retailers / specialty channels preferred
- Commercial, proactive, and comfortable operating independently
