Business Development Manager – F&B Tech (Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong)

to accelerate its next growth phase. Already the market leader in Singapore, the company is gearing up for a major expansion into Hong Kong in 2026, with big ambitions and strong backing.
 
 This is a hunter role 
for someone deeply embedded in the F&B world. You already have a trusted network of senior decision-makers 
—the kind of contacts who take your call because you understand their business. You’ll use those relationships to open doors, shape opportunities, and close enterprise partnerships with leading restaurant groups, franchise operators, and multi-chain brands across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
 
  Key responsibilities 
 
  - Lead enterprise sales and drive new business wins across the region
  
 - Leverage your personal F&B network 
to access and influence C-suite leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs)
  
 - Manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to signed deal
  
 - Build and execute go-to-market plans for Hong Kong
  
 - Collaborate internally to deliver smooth implementation and client success
  
 
  Key requirements 
 
  - 6–10 years of B2B enterprise sales 
in F&B tech, SaaS, POS, or digital platforms 
  
 - Proven hunter mindset 
and strong commercial instincts
  
 - An active network 
of senior F&B stakeholders across SEA or Greater China
  
 - Fluent in English 
and Mandarin/Cantonese 
for effective engagement with the clients
  
 - Independent, strategic, and motivated to deliver results
  
 - Based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong
