Argyll Scott are partnering with a growing international business in the consumer sector to appoint a Country Manager for Thailand. This role will lead local operations, drive commercial growth, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for business performance in Thailand. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Thailand business with full ownership of revenue and performance
  • Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy aligned with regional priorities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant customer segments
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Represent the business externally with customers and industry stakeholders

About You

  • 10+ years of commercial experience within the consumer sector or related industries
  • Strong experience business development and revenue growth
  • Experience managing key accounts and driving long-term partnerships
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of accountability and drive
