We are partnering with a well-established organization within the consumer sector to appoint a Customer Development Manager to support omni-channel business growth in Thailand.
This role will be responsible for managing and developing strategic customer accounts across both offline and online channels, driving sustainable growth through strong partnerships, data-driven planning, and effective commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts across omni-channel environments
- Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned with commercial objectives
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and category performance within assigned accounts
- Analyze customer performance, market trends, and shopper data to support decision-making
- Work closely with customers to strengthen capability, collaboration, and long-term partnerships
- Execute joint business plans, promotions, and commercial initiatives
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. marketing, e-commerce, supply chain) to deliver agreed plans
- Support customers in omni-channel transformation and digital capability development
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day account management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, customer development, or commercial roles
- Experience managing omni-channel customers (offline + online) is preferred
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and planning skills
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Good communication skills in English
