My client is a pension funds company seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the call center team, where you will play a crucial role in guiding customers on how to use their systems and applications. If you are a presentable individual with strong communication and digital skills and a passion for customer service, this could be you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating our apps and online platforms, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Articulate complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner for end users.
  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address their inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with apps and online platforms, with a solid background in financial services, particularly banking.
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer-facing roles, including counter service.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage customer interactions with ease.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, chatbox, and email.
