Data Analyst (SQL, Data Governance, BA, Systems)

We're hiring a Data Analyst to support commercial operations across the APAC region. This is 12 months contract to start with a potential to extend.

This role will focus on data governance, system access management, and business analysis across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage user access to internal analytics and business systems.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations across multiple platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
• Provide actionable insights and share best practices with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in SQL and strong foundational knowledge of data management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and experience in process documentation.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
• Prior experience in sales operations is a plus.
