Role Duties

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and serve the team

• Proactively identify and remove team impediments

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Manage cross-squad dependencies and Agile tools

• Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team

Role Requirements

• Min. 5+ years experience with 1+ year as a Scrum Master

• Must have hands-on experience using JIRA

• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (written & spoken)

• Open only to local HK citizens or Permanent Residents

• PSM/CSM certification and insurance experience a plus
