This role is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and implementing a holistic digital and media strategy across all commercial functions. The ideal candidate will be a skilled digital evangelist with a strong business and commercial background, capable of driving digital transformation and measuring tangible business results.
Job Description:

Establish, build, and oversee a comprehensive digital commerce framework, with a focus on omnichannel integration, data-centric strategies, and enhanced customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Drive the enhancement of team competencies by designing and executing robust programs to elevate employee digital proficiency.
·
Orchestrate the end-to-end integration of marketing and sales functions through the deployment of unified digital strategies.
·
Formulate and implement cross-functional digital and media initiatives, including the management of associated resources and budgetary allocations.
·
Translate high-level digital brand imperatives into a clear, quarter-by-quarter strategic roadmap for implementation by brand teams.
·
Collaborate on the annual marketing and advertising planning cycle to co-create and align on the overarching digital and media strategy.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in digital and marketing, with a focus on FMCG.
·
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and quantifiable results
·
A strategic and innovative thinker with a proven track record of bringing new digital businesses from concept to launch.
·
Deep expertise in digital transformation, including a strong understanding of marketing and advertising technology.
·
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and simplify complex digital concepts for all stakeholders.
·
Fluent in both English and Thai.
