Retained search: An international beauty group is hiring an experienced Regional Digital Marketing Manager (APAC)
to strengthen its digital, e-commerce and social commerce engine across the region.
Based in its regional hub in Singapore, this is a hands-on regional role for someone who can translate brand direction into strong market execution. The mandate covers marketplace growth, TikTok/social commerce, digital media, content, agency management and digital capability building across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional digital marketing and e-commerce agenda across APAC, covering marketplaces, social commerce, digital media, content and performance
- Translate global brand direction into practical digital plans for APAC markets, balancing consistency, local relevance and commercial delivery
- Drive platform performance across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and others
- Partner with local markets, distributors, agencies and platform partners to improve campaign quality, conversion, content execution and digital capability
- Act as the regional digital expert, building clear playbooks, performance insights and guidance for markets at different maturity levels
Key Requirements
- Over 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital commerce within beauty, consumer, retail or FMCG
- Strong SEA, North Asia or APAC digital experience, especially across online marketplaces, TikTok/social commerce, paid media and content-led conversion
- Brand-side experience strongly preferred; agency, platform or provider-side candidates should bring prior brand-side exposure
- Strong beauty sensibility, with the taste and judgement to balance brand image, consumer experience and commercial outcomes
- Strategic enough to shape regional direction, but hands-on enough to understand marketplace operations, campaign mechanics, analytics and local execution
