My client is a global bank currently looking for a Product Manager to define and optimize customer journeys across various digital touchpoints, utilizing customer feedback and data to enhance experiences and drive business outcomes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement features, and ensure their digital proposition remains competitive in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements to design and manage customer journeys across mobile, online banking, branch, and conversational platforms in the local market
- Evaluate insights from customer experience teams to identify pain points and explore opportunities for growth.
- Implement initiatives for sustainable cost reductions and operational efficiencies through standardization and automation of processes.
- Define user stories to guide feature development and collaborate with product design teams to create impactful experiences.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of foundational platforms within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with digital and customer experience teams to enhance business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product management for Fintech
- Strong understanding of HK market
- Proficient in working with diverse teams, including engineering, UX, legal, risk, finance, and marketing
- Solid experience launching customer-facing digital apps
- Exceptional communication skills in Cantonese and English and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and willing to roll sleeves up
