In this role you will lead a team of system specialists and business analysts, own the end-to-end readiness for every new product launch, and actively champion the adoption of automation, AI, and digital tools across the Operations division.
You'll represent Operations in product development working groups, partner with IT, Distribution, and Product teams, and serve as the bridge between business need and technology delivery.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing a team of systems specialists and business analyst
- End-to-end system readiness for new product launches — Life, Credit Life, Unit Linked and more
- Managing UAT, defect resolution, implementation planning, and go-live execution
- Driving system enhancements and process reengineering initiatives
- Championing automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and scale efficiency
- Providing strategic insight to senior leadership on system performance and gaps
- Managing change readiness and communication during system rollouts
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in insurance operations systems, IT delivery, or digital transformation
- Strong life insurance background — you understand how operations work end-to-end
- Proven delivery track record: UAT, product launches, change management
- Hands-on exposure to automation and AI technologies
- A natural collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Agile delivery experience and strong English communication skills
