Job Title: Infrastructure Enterprise Architect

Location: Makati City, Hybrid

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation undergoing a major global technology and digital transformation journey. They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong infrastructure background and proven exposure to manufacturing environments.

This is a strategic role focused on driving enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and plant operations technology (OT), ensuring scalable and secure technology capabilities across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and hybrid environments
• Partner closely with business, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with operational goals
• Lead architecture planning and governance for large-scale transformation initiatives across factories, plants, and corporate environments
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions supporting both IT and OT environments
• Provide architectural leadership across cloud migration, data centre modernisation, infrastructure standardisation, and digital manufacturing initiatives
• Establish enterprise standards, frameworks, and best practices across infrastructure technologies
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure architecture consistency and governance compliance
• Support vendor evaluation, solution selection, and strategic technology partnerships

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or similar strategic architecture role
• Strong technical foundation across enterprise infrastructure, including cloud, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, and hybrid environments
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or plant-based environments is highly preferred
• Exposure to manufacturing technologies, OT environments would be advantageous
• Experience working within regional or global organisations
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF would be advantageous
