An international restaurant/hospitality/F&B SaaS organisation
is looking for a Regional Enterprise Sales/BD Manager
to drive enterprise expansion across Southeast Asia.
This is a hunter-driven, individual contributor role, suited for high-energy SaaS sales professionals
with a proven ability to win enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and grow enterprise clients (restaurants/hospitality/F&B brands) across SEA markets
- Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, to deal closure
- Develop market-specific GTM strategies and build ecosystem partnerships with adjacent technology and payment providers
- Represent the company at industry events to drive brand visibility and generate qualified enterprise leads
- Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and expansion
Key Requirements
- More than 7 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales/business development(not restricted to restaurant/hospitality SaaS)
- Familiarity with SaaS growth metrics (ARR, pipeline, CAC/LTV) is an advantage
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise accounts
- Strong in consultative/solution selling, able to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fit for high frequency of travel to the SEA markets
