Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
EUC and M365 Lead
to oversee end-user computing services and drive excellence in Microsoft 365 adoption and support. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and vendor management capabilities to ensure seamless device lifecycle management and high-touch support for VIP users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the
End User Computing (EUC)
function, ensuring reliable and secure device and application services across the organization.
- Oversee and optimize
Microsoft 365
platform usage, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
- Manage
Device-as-a-Service (DaaS)
operations, including procurement, deployment, lifecycle, and vendor coordination.
- Provide
VIP support
to senior executives, ensuring prompt and personalized resolution of issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, user experience, and support processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists and support engineers.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment and security of EUC services.
