Finance Manager

A globally established multinational organisation with a strong international footprint. The Singapore office serves as a strategic regional commercial hub supporting cross-border operations, governance, and financial oversight across Asia-Pacific markets.

The Role

This is a hands-on finance leadership role responsible for the full spectrum of statutory accounting, management reporting, financial controls, and governance for the Singapore entities. The role partners closely with regional leadership and global finance teams to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

• Lead full-set accounting, month-end close, annual financial statements, audit coordination, and ensure compliance with SFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Management Reporting & Business Support

• Deliver monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide margin, cost, and performance analysis to support decision-making.

Governance & Internal Controls

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls aligned with global standards, ensuring risk mitigation and financial discipline.

Operational Finance Oversight

• Oversee AP, AR, treasury, cash flow management, and cross-border commercial transactions, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.

Group & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with regional and global finance teams on intercompany, consolidation, and reporting matters while engaging auditors and external advisors.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance experience within a multinational or international commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting, tax, and financial regulations.
• Solid grounding in management accounting, financial controls, and full-set accounting.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and confident in working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
