The Role
The Finance Manager oversees financial management, reporting, compliance, and business support within the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Partnership:
Collaborate with regional finance leadership to drive financial discipline and performance. Provide insights and recommendations to support regional and local decision-making. Manage KPIs with teams and ensure alignment with regional finance goals. -
Financial Reporting & Management:
Oversee statutory and internal reporting, including tax compliance and audits. Ensure adherence to accounting standards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and deliver strategic financial insights. Handle payroll, procurement, and day-to-day finance operations. -
Tax, Treasury & Compliance:
Manage tax filings, statutory reports, and audit processes. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies and liaising with external auditors. -
Systems & Transformation:
Support ERP implementation and process improvements. Promote automation and digital tools aligned with global standards. -
Business & Project Support:
Assist in evaluating business cases and investment opportunities. Provide financial insights for business initiatives and support regional projects.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Strong command of English
- Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
