Food Digital Deployment Engineer (OT & MES)

Responsible for the technical setup and integration of digital tools on the factory floor. You will act as the technical lead for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) rollouts and Operational Technology (OT) projects. Your goal is to ensure that production data flows accurately from physical machines to our business systems

Responsibilities

• System Deployment & Integration: Lead the end-to-end installation and configuration of MES and OT
• Project Leadership : Manage the full lifecycle of digitalization projects, from initial site assessment and requirements gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live support.
• Design and deploy digital and OT systems for new factory sites (Greenfield), ensuring they are "digital-ready" from day one
• Partner with Digital Execution Supervisors, R&D, IT, and Finance to integrate digitized technology into existing manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically focused on OT/IT and MES
• Willingness to travel to the manufacturing sites (typically 30%).
• FMCG manufacturing background is preferable
• Good command of both Thai and English
