We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Workplace Solution Architect (End User Environment)
to design, implement, and optimize modern workplace solutions across a diverse, global workforce. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (M365)
and the wider MS ecosystem, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-user digital workplace experience. This role requires a balance of technical depth, solution design capability, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration, productivity, and user adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the workplace and collaboration architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards and business objectives.
- Design and implement modern workplace solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 suite(Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, Viva, Power Platform, etc.).
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders globally to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital workplace solutions.
- Drive governance and best practices across collaboration tools, ensuring consistency, compliance, and optimized user experience.
- Act as the subject matter expert for end-user environment architecture, ensuring seamless integration of devices, identity, security, and collaboration tools.
- Lead the evaluation of new features and capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, recommending adoption strategies to enhance workforce collaboration and productivity.
- Support and guide regional IT teams and service delivery partners in implementing workplace initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture forums, aligning workplace and collaboration strategies with broader digital transformation goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience
focused on end-user environments and workplace collaboration.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft ecosystem tools, with strong practical knowledge of deployment, configuration, and integration.
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions for global organizations
with diverse workforces.
- Strong knowledge of identity management, endpoint management, and security in the Microsoft environment.
- Experience in delivering global collaboration platforms
and driving adoption at scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence and align across business and technology teams.
