Job Title: Global Security Service Delivery Lead
Location: Singapore
Position Summary
The Global Security Service Owner is responsible for owning, managing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide security services. This role ensures that security services are delivered effectively to end users, IT teams, and business functions, while aligning with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and risk appetite. The role acts as the bridge between security, IT service delivery, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned global security services (e.g., endpoint protection, identity and access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for security service operations and escalations.
- Work closely with IT infrastructure, service desk, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls and service delivery.
- Engage with end users to drive adoption, awareness, and effective use of security services.
- Define and maintain service roadmaps, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for security services.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies, standards, and external regulatory requirements.
- Partner with security operations, risk, and compliance teams to identify risks and remediate issues.
- Drive continual service improvement through automation, process optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Support incident response and problem management activities related to security services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a service ownership or service management role.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL framework) and cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise IT and security technologies (e.g., endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability management, SIEM, cloud security).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (IT, service desk, business units, vendors).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or similar are a plus.
