Company / Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a large multinational organisation undergoing a global enterprise transformation programme. This position plays a key role in modernising end-to-end Order-to-Cash and logistics operations through the implementation of a next-generation ERP platform. Working within a cross-functional transformation team, you will bridge business and technology stakeholders to drive process standardisation, governance, business integration, data simplification, and organisational change while ensuring successful adoption of new operating models across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, standardisation and optimisation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient and compliant process solutions.
  • Drive business integration across functional, technology, data and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation initiatives covering areas such as contract management, pricing, invoicing, credit management, settlements, logistics, inventory, shipping and related operational processes.
  • Review and validate process documentation, functional designs and solution specifications while providing business expertise throughout solution development and implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams and technical specialists to gather requirements, resolve process gaps and ensure alignment between operational needs and system capabilities.
  • Support data simplification, reporting improvements and process governance by collaborating closely with master data, reporting and technology teams throughout programme delivery.
  • Lead change management activities by engaging stakeholders, supporting user training, gathering business feedback and driving adoption of new processes and system capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, governance, KPIs and delivery milestones while proactively identifying risks, supporting mitigation planning and ensuring adherence to programme standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting future enhancements as organisational needs evolve.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or related discipline.
  • Approximately 8–14 years of relevant experience in business process management, ERP transformation or large-scale business change programmes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within a complex enterprise environment, with the ability to analyse business challenges and develop practical process improvements.
  • Experience participating in enterprise-wide process standardisation, simplification or transformation initiatives. Exposure to process improvement methodologies or continuous improvement practices is advantageous.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms, particularly SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, including involvement in large implementation programmes using recognised project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Familiarity with ERP value management concepts is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work across business, technology, data and implementation teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting organisational change, user adoption and cross-functional collaboration within regional or global teams.
  • Experience in reporting, process metrics, dashboards, governance, internal controls, risk management and master data management would be advantageous.
