Location: Rayong

The Head of Data Center Operation will be responsible for the end-to-end management, strategy, and operational excellence of all data center plants and infrastructure . This senior leadership role requires a strategic visionary with deep technical expertise in mission-critical environments, ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale operations, whether in traditional enterprise data centers or advanced Cloud Infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for all physical and virtual data center operations, capacity, and growth.
• Oversee all daily operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the critical data center plant, including power, cooling, fire suppression, security, and physical access systems.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data center engineers,
• Implement and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs and quality assurance standards.
• Lead incident management and critical event response, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and enforce physical and operational security protocols to protect critical assets and data.
• Ensure all data center operations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Data Center, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations.
• Demonstrable background in either Cloud Infrastructure or Data Center Plant Management, with a strong understanding of both.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end mission-critical facilities with a focus on 24/7/365 availability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command both Thai and English
