We're partnering with a high-growth specialty pharma business to find a Distribution Channel Lead who understands what it actually takes to build and manage channel and distributor relationships across the markets that matter most — particularly Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and beyond.
This isn't a role for someone who manages the status quo. This is for a commercial operator who has navigated the complexity of emerging market distribution — the regulatory patchwork, the partner dynamics, the last-mile challenges — and turned that complexity into competitive advantage.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing distributor and channel partner networks across SEA emerging markets — Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines as a high benefit specifically
- Deep understanding of how pharma products move through market in high-growth, infrastructure-variable environments
- The credibility to walk into a distributor boardroom and the commercial sharpness to hold them to performance
- A track record of building — not just inheriting — channel infrastructure
