About the role
We are looking for a Head of HR to join the business as an Executive Director equivalent, leading a compact but high-impact HR team. You will serve as a strategic HR business partner to the senior leadership team, elevating HR standards and practices across the organization while directly contributing to business growth. A key focus of the role will also be exploring and implementing innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance HR processes and organizational efficiency.
