Head of Procurement, Asia (B2B Integrated Services)

A leading B2B integrated distribution services organisation is hiring a Head of Procurement, Asia to lead procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, governance, and procurement transformation across multiple Asian markets.

Based in Singapore, and reporting to the executive leadership team, this is a senior procurement leadership role with visibility to global-level stakeholders. The role will lead a major regional spend base across logistics, warehousing, facilities, technology, consumables, capex, and other direct and indirect procurement categories.

The mandate is to strengthen procurement governance, improve savings delivery, raise supplier performance, manage procurement risk, and build a more mature procurement function across regional and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement strategy and operating model across Asia, covering regional and in-market procurement teams
• Build and execute strategic sourcing and category management plans across indirect procurement, capex, logistics, warehousing, facilities, transport, leasing, technology, labour services, and business services
• Strengthen supplier management, contract governance, service-level agreements, supplier performance reviews, and procurement risk controls
• Drive measurable cost optimisation, savings delivery, supplier value creation, contract improvement, and total-cost management
• Improve procurement governance across sourcing discipline, decision rights, savings methodology, reporting cadence, compliance, and performance visibility
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, market leadership, Legal, IT, HR, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to improve procurement outcomes
• Develop a stronger procurement organisation through clearer accountabilities, stronger regional-market alignment, team capability building, and improved execution discipline

Key Requirements

• More than 15+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain procurement, or procurement leadership
• Proven regional or multi-country procurement leadership experience, ideally across Asia
• Strong track record managing large-scale spend across indirect categories, capex, logistics, warehousing, facilities, transport, technology, leasing, contract labour, or business services
• Demonstrated experience leading procurement transformation, procurement governance uplift, operating model improvement, or procurement capability building
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvement, risk reduction, contract discipline, and measurable business value
• Strong executive stakeholder management, with the ability to work credibly with CFO, global/executive leadership, market leaders, and senior governance forums
• Experienced in FMCG, industrial services, logistics, consumer healthcare, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or another complex regional operating environment will be highly relevant
