Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join a fast-paced global company in Thailand on a part-time, interim basis. This role is critical to lead strategic HR initiatives, drive operational improvements, and support business transformation. The successful candidate will bring a strong HR Director-level background with prior experience in fast-paced, customer-centric organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and L&D.
- Lead or stabilize transformation initiatives (e.g., org restructuring, policy harmonization, HRIS implementation).
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Head and leadership team on people matters.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and relevant internal policies.
- Coach and mentor the in-house HR team, strengthening capability and process discipline.
- Support workforce planning, especially during periods of scaling or rationalization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HR Director role.
- Strong experience working in a dynamic global company.
- Proven success in navigating complex HR environments (e.g., multi-site, large teams).
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an interim or project-based leadership capacity.
- Willing and able to commit to a part-time schedule of 2–3 days per week, for an interim period of approximately one year.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
