HR Senior Manager (Human Resources) / FS / $80-100k P/M

A well-established financial infrastructure / financial services organisation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Human Resources to lead and drive the full HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR, including C&B, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and staff development
• Support the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements
• Lead training, talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy to support long-term business goals
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives and future-readiness planning across the organisation
• Conduct HR market benchmarking(compensation & benefits), and prepare salary / compensation proposals
• Manage annual HR budgets and staff cost projections
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
• 15+ years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services / financial institutions
• 10+ years in a managerial / leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and statutory requirements
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Must speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English
