Insurance - Agile Scrum Master

Job Highlights:

• 5+ yrs Scrum Master experience

• Insurance / Financial services preferred

Role Duties:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies end-to-end

• Remove impediments and coach Agile teams

• Coordinate with Product Owners and BAs

• Manage cross-squad dependencies

• Ensure governance and compliance

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years Scrum Master experience

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills

• Jira, Confluence, X-Ray proficiency

• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• PSM or CSM certification preferred
