Role Duties
-
Lead business-side project management for large-scale transformation
-
Engage senior management to working-level stakeholders
-
Coordinate with IT, business, claims, and health provider teams
-
Ensure project delivery meets operational and business needs
-
Track project progress, spending, and action items
-
Drive outcomes after engagements with vendors and stakeholders
Role Requirements
-
Must have 5+ years as a non-IT Project Manager in transformation
-
Hands-on experience in medium-to-large business transformation projects
-
Proven skill engaging various stakeholder levels with differing interests
-
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
-
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
-
Insurance, banking, or financial services experience is a plus
