About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager
with a strong background in managing complex enterprise integration landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across multiple integration technologies and the ability to navigate a fast-paced retail/FMCG
environment. This role will serve as a techno-functional manager, overseeing end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, ensuring business-critical systems are connected seamlessly, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of integration solutions across enterprise platforms, applications, and data sources.
- Own and drive end-to-end integration strategy for key business and technology initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders across domains (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, resilient integration solutions.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including developers, architects, and external vendors/partners.
- Establish integration best practices, including monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
- Champion event-driven and API-first approaches to ensure systems are future-ready and adaptable.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of integration delivery—requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring to internal teams.
- Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in integration technologies, with hands-on expertise in Informatica, ETL, API Management, ESB, Workato, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale integration projects in a retail, FMCG, or fast-moving business environment.
- Strong techno-functional background: able to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, and data orchestration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to engage with both business leaders and technical teams.
- Strong project management and vendor management experience.
