IT Risk & Governance Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Risk & Governance Lead to join our team. This critical role will oversee IT risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, physical security, and operational controls. You will work closely with regional teams and local stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies while strengthening IT governance frameworks and driving risk mitigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement IT security policies and conduct risk assessments
• Oversee governance controls, business continuity, and physical security measures
• Lead security awareness programs and compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security and risk frameworks

Key Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT risk management, governance, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English is required
