Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business performance across assigned key accounts and channels
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with customer and market needs
- Build strong relationships with key business partners to maximize long-term growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and digital teams to enhance channel performance and customer engagement
- Lead joint business planning and implement initiatives to strengthen market presence and profitability
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Manage promotional activities and trade investments to ensure effective execution and budget efficiency
- Monitor business performance, inventory movement, and account receivables to support operational excellence
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial processes, and operational standards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5+ years’ experience on sales, key account management, background of sales position
- Experience in FMCG or consumer products industry is preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills in English (at least communicable level)
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
